Blue-eyed Grass (Sisyrinchium angustifolium) is a groundcover plant with blue flowers from late spring to early summer. They prefer moist to mesic soil in sun to part sun where they grow up to 2 feet tall. They are a good choice for basins and slopes of bioretention installations. Companion plants include Shooting Star (Primula meadia) and Golden Alexanders (Zizia aurea).
