Maidenhair Fern

Adiantum pedatum

Maidenhair Fern (Adiantum pedatum) is a groundcover plant with green fronds up to 2 feet long. They prefer moist soil in part sun to shade. Colonies typically form as the plants mature, and they are a good choice for wet, shaded basins. Good companion plants include Great Blue Lobelia (Lobelia siphilitica) and Palm Sedge (Carex muskigemensis).
