Common Meadow Rue

Thalictrum dasycarpum

Common Meadow Rue (Thalictrum dasycarpum) is a seasonal plant with white blooms late spring into early summer. They prefer sun to part sun in moist to mesic soil where they grow up to 5 feet tall. They are a good choice for the basins and slopes of bioretention installations. Companion plants include Spotted Joe Pye Weed (Eutrochium maculatum) and Culver’s Root (Veronicastrum virginicum).
